“SANDPIT #186″ is more a poem than a story about solitude and longing, about our essential need for the other and, yet, about the impossibility of real contact between people. Nevertheless, in our “disenchanted” world, this longing/search for the Other, what we call ”love” in any of its unexpected forms, seems to be our only way to access a possible ”divinity”, our only way to deny nothingness.
